• No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements if your order meets our eligibility criteria.

• Exchange & Replacement Eligibility

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You provide a full, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from the beginning. This is mandatory to process any replacement or exchange request.

• Shipping Charges for Exchanges

• For valid exchanges or replacements due to incorrect or defective products, we will bear the shipping cost.
• For other valid requests (e.g., size issue), the customer will bear the pickup and reshipping charges.

• Return Policy

Though we do not offer refunds, we may accept returns for exchange under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Products must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

• Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.

• A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted for cancellations.
• Refunds for prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

• Damaged / Wrong Products / Sizing Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Or the size doesn't fit

Contact us immediately. We allow one-time exchange for size issues. If the second size is still unsuitable, the item must be returned (if eligible), and a new purchase must be made.
